Wedding couples are not the only hosts who want live guest photos. Company away days, milestone birthdays, product launches, and charity galas benefit from the same QR-and-browser upload flow — no app store friction, photos on screen in seconds.
Why QR upload works beyond weddings
- Mixed device types — iPhone, Android, corporate laptops
- Guests who will not install an event app for a two-hour party
- Real-time slideshow energy on a venue screen or lobby display
- Host moderation before anything appears publicly
Corporate and brand events
Enable manual approval so nothing off-brand reaches the big screen. Place QR codes on table tents, lanyard inserts, or a slide during the opening remarks. Name the event clearly — "Acme Summit 2026 — Guest Photos" — so uploads are easy to find in the dashboard.
Birthdays and private parties
The free plan (50 photos, seven-day window) suits house parties and small dinners. For a 50th birthday with 80 guests, upgrade to Photo Gallery for unlimited uploads and a 90-day gallery link to share with family afterward.
Planners running multiple events
Iskra Pro includes Gallery events per month for hosts who run several celebrations — weddings, corporate dinners, or seasonal parties. Each event gets its own QR code, gallery, and Live view URL.
Getting started
Create a free event, print your QR code, and open Live view on any screen with a browser. The setup takes under five minutes — the same flow thousands of couples use on their wedding day.
